> Reaching Others Through Christ is run by a group of incredibly talented and gifted volunteers. Every person on the leadership team has a passion and desire to serve Christ, which is what drives them to work year-round to make ROTC an extraordinary organization with unlimited potential.
> The Board of Directors is responsible for protecting the interest of the organization and making sure it carries out its' purpose of providing an intense mission trip experience for junior high youth. Each of our board members has attended numerous ROTC trips and is dedicated to the future of this organization.
> The Executive Director is responsible for carrying out the plan created by the board.
> The Worship Director works throughout the year helping to create the theme of the trips and designing a nightly worship experience that helps to connect people to God.
> The Programs Director is responsible for setting the tone of camp and creating nightly times of fellowship including fun and sometimes challenging activities.
> The Graphic Designer works the Executive Director, Worship Director and Program Director to design creative ways to communicate what ROTC is all about. This includes designing our website, brochures, T-shirts, banners, presentations and more.
> Each person on our leadership team has had their lives profoundly changed by Christ and wants to serve ROTC by creating an amazing experience to hopefully allow others to connect with God.
